This selection of documents is another supplement to the six-volume The Home Army in Documents, 1939-1945 published in 2001 and edited by Jan Tarczyński.
The materials have been chosen so as to present as full a picture as possible of the administrative and technical issues involved, as well as the reception of supply drops to the Home Army The archival materials in this collection cover the period 28/11/1939 (General Sikorski’s order to set up flights to Occupied Poland) up to 14/4/1945 (Order of the day no. 22 by the commander of Staging Base 11 on the base’s closure). The documents have been drawn in their entirety from the archival holdings, more specifically from the collection of records for (Special) Section VI of the Polish General Staff in the West.
